Further Info:	Mr Cheremnykh got trapped in a 15cm gap between a moving gantry crane and the coaming of a cargo hatch. It is not known why he did not move, or whether his foot or clothing had already become trapped in the small gap. He may not have been aware the crane was moving toward him. The crane driver was unaware of the boatswain’s presence.
